Naz (Nazli) Nadem
Co-Founder / Co-CEO
Infused with philosophical insight, Naz‘s dedication to talent birthed HopHR in 2016. Before HopHR, she served as COO at ARSAM and recruited at Flexton Inc. Educated with a Master’s from Golden Gate and a Bachelor’s from Tehran University, Naz unwinds amidst the North Star mountains, either hiking or snowboarding.
Ash (Arash) Sohrabian
Co-Founder / Co-CEO
A distinguished leader known for shaping top-tier teams, Arash has expertise in product management and served as an EIR at a Venture investment firm. Joining HopHR in 2017, he’s ascended to the role of Co-CEO. Arash holds an MBA, as well as BS and MS degrees in Engineering, and is based in Silicon Valley, California.
