During the job fair, the female data science professionals had the opportunity to learn from female leaders in the field. Some of the topics that were discussed were Imposter Syndrome, Sexism, Lack of Confidence, and the Glass Ceiling. The speakers gave their own personal experiences with these issues and the strategies they have used, and continue to use, to overcome them.

The virtual job fair that took place on July 28, 2023 again focused on female data science professionals. The companies in attendance were aligned with the Pacific time zone.
There were 10 companies in attendance and this ranged from Automotive to Sports to Consulting and we had around 100 candidates in attendance.
As we did with the May 2023 virtual job fair, we invited female data science leaders to come in and talk with our female data science professionals.
