Nazli Nadem
Co-Founder / Co-CEO

Infused with philosophical insight, Nazli's dedication to talent birthed HopHR in 2016. Before HopHR, she served as COO at ARSAM and recruited at Flexton Inc. Educated with a Master's from Golden Gate and a Bachelor's from Tehran University, Nazli unwinds amidst the North Star mountains, either hiking or snowboarding.

Arash Sohrabian
Co-Founder / Co-CEO

A distinguished leader known for shaping top-tier teams, Arash has expertise in product management and served as an EIR at a Venture investment firm. Joining HopHR in 2017, he's ascended to the role of Co-CEO. Arash holds an MBA, as well as BS and MS degrees in Engineering, and is based in Silicon Valley, California.

Miriam Viader Guerrero
Senior Recruiter - Data Science & ML/AI

Miriam is a skilled AI/ML & Data Science Recruiter from HopHR, adept at connecting elite data professionals with top companies. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Universitat de les Illes Balears and a Master's in Aquaculture from Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas del Noroeste.

Alejandro del Barba
Recruiter

Ale is a Recruiter at Hop, bringing over a decade of experience in talent acquisition across technology, engineering, and healthcare. Alejandro previously worked as a Senior Technical Sourcer for PeoplePath and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires. His background in Psychology, combined with deep recruiting expertise, allows him to assess people with clarity, empathy, and precision.

Marcelo Prates, Ph.D.
Lead AI Engineer

Marcelo Prates, Ph.D., is a Lead AI Engineer at Hop, specializing in machine learning and large language models (RAG, agents, Text2SQL, vector databases). He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where his research focused on combining symbolic knowledge, graph-based deep learning, and the ethics of AI. At Hop, Marcelo works across core ML, forecasting, computer vision, conformal prediction, and MLOps to turn complex data into reliable, production-grade AI systems.

Gabriel Michelassi
AI Engineer

Gabriel Michelassi is an AI Engineer at Hop, bringing a rare blend of data science depth and full-stack engineering experience. Before Hop, he worked as a Data Scientist at ZRP, building ML-powered products including chatbots and enterprise LLM applications. Previously, Gabriel spent over three years as a full-stack engineer, developing large-scale web and mobile systems using React, React Native, Ruby, GraphQL, and AWS. He holds a degree in Information Systems from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is beginning a PhD in Computer Science at USP. At Hop, Gabriel focuses on LLMs, retrieval systems, and end-to-end AI product engineering.

Mehdi Mahmoudi
Software Developer

Mehdi is a forward-thinking computer engineer with a specialization in artificial intelligence and a proven track record in retail sales leadership. Mehdi thrives in dynamic, team-oriented environments where complex challenges are met with creative strategies. When not engineering the future of recruitment technology, he enjoys playing tennis.
