HopHR Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

What we send. Text messages about a job application you submitted to HopHR: interview scheduling (finding a time, confirming it, rescheduling or cancelling), reminders before an interview you booked, a heads-up a couple of minutes before a short automated screening call, a text to find a better time if we miss you, and replies from a HopHR recruiter in a conversation you are part of. We do not send marketing texts, and our texts do not contain links. Every text starts with "HopHR:".

How you opt in. When you apply to a HopHR job on our job pages (jobs.getmoon.ai/hop), step 2 of the application has an optional box under your mobile number. It starts unticked and is separate from everything else on the form. We only text you if you tick it. You can see it at https://jobs.getmoon.ai/hop/text-messages.

Frequency. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per application.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of applying or of employment consideration.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
